Truth Teller

“Her mightiest warriors no longer fight. They stay in their barracks, their courage gone. They have become like women. The invaders have burned the houses and broken down the city gates. - Jeremiah 51:30 NLT

Our men are lost. The pendulum has swung way to the left. Our nation and our world need men of character, integrity, single-mindedness, COURAGE, and maturity to stand up and begin to reverse the curse of apathy, weak-mindedness, complacency, and cowardice that has gripped this once proud and powerful nation. To reverse the curse, it will take many working together in biblical unity (Excerpt from The Alpha Male and the women who get them).

In our last blog, I spoke about the concept of Force Multipliers being the need to reverse the chaos in our current world. These Force Multipliers must be men on a mission. Mature men that have chosen to take responsibility for their lives and the lives of their communities. These are the Truth Tellers.

“And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” - John 8:32 (NLT)

Truth in and of itself doesn’t set people free. Only the truth we know sets us free. Our world needs fearless men that will say the truth so others can be exposed to this truth and eventually set free. If good men remain silent, truth will fall in the streets and anarchy will reign.

"You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others." - 2 Timothy 2:2 (NLT)

Paul was speaking to his spiritual son Timothy and commanding him to acknowledge the truths he had heard from Paul and teach other faithful men. In this manner of truth-telling, the culture would change in the right way.

Today many people are afraid to TELL THE TRUTH because of what others might think of them. That time is over.

"...but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ" - Ephesians 4:15 (NKJV)

We see that the only way society is to grow up or mature is by fathers speaking the truth. Maturity doesn’t come with age, it comes with the acceptance of responsibility.

Ronald Reagan said: “We must reject the idea that every time a law is broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his or her own actions.”

Truth tellers are desperately needed today. Are you willing to pioneer the truth in a way that saves our world? If so, you are a hero. The definition of a hero is a man who acts in a moment of time on a need greater than himself.

Be a Truth Teller.
